We provide a website and patient web portals that are HIPAA compliant for access to health care records when you want it with secured email access to your provider via the patient portal. There you will also find an online scheduling option as well as Electronic Medical Records and E-Prescribe that are HIPAA compliant. We offer same day or next day and appointments and availability. There are no “hamster wheel or factory line” medical services. Instead we offer quality medical care and a close rapport with referral specialists.

• Patients will be able to request an appointment via the  portal; there will be time slots available for on line scheduling.

• Patient will have access to their Health Summary and Plan of Care.
